ACT On-Campus Test (Formerly ACT Residual)
The ACT On-Campus Test (Formerly ACT Residual) is designed especially for students who want to come to Ðǿմ«Ã½ and want to increase their ACT scores to be more competitive for enrollment. The ACT On-Campus score CANNOT be reported to any other higher education institution.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Admission to Ðǿմ«Ã½â€™s School of Nursing requires candidates to take all 4 multiple choice sections of the ACT On-Campus Exam. No essay is required. Scores for this test are NOT transferable to any other program or school.
Effective January 1, 2019 - Ðǿմ«Ã½ charges a non-refundable test administration fee of $89.00.
How to Register:
Custom or individual private dates are not currently available for this exam.
How often can the test be taken?
The ACT On-Campus Test may be taken only once every 60 days. Examinees may take the ACT no more than 12 times total.
On the day of the exam:
- The Ðǿմ«Ã½ Testing Center's new location on the Cullowhee campus of Western Carolina University is Belk Building Room 404.
- Please arrive at least 15 prior to the posted start of the test.
- Leave all electronic devices including phones and tablets along with all personal items OUTSIDE the testing room.
- A non-programmable calculator is allowed.
- Pencils and scratch paper will be provided.
