Biography

Dr. Elgarhy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Technology at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, USA. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science. Before joining ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, he gained nearly a decade of experience spanning both academia and industry, where he served as an instructor and software engineer.

Research Interests

Machine learning, privacy-preserving federated learning, cryptography, network security, smart grids, explainable AI, and high performance computing.
