
Dr. Elgarhy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Technology at Ðǿմ«Ã½, USA. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science. Before joining Ðǿմ«Ã½, he gained nearly a decade of experience spanning both academia and industry, where he served as an instructor and software engineer.
